Wagering Requirements
At Jammy Monkey, we aim to make everything easy to understand, and that applies to our wagering requirements too.
What are wagering requirements?
When you receive a free bonus from Jammy Monkey, it will come with a wagering requirement of 40x. That means that the bonus needs to be played through (or wagered) 40 times before any winnings it generates can be withdrawn.
There is a common misconception that wagering requirements refer to how much you must deposit before you are able to withdraw winnings. That is not the case at all! It is entirely possible to receive a free bonus, pass wagering requirements and withdraw winnings without ever depositing a penny.
When we say that the bonus needs to be “played through” 40 times, that means you need to keep playing with that bonus credit until its value has been wagered 40 times on our games. For example, a £3 bonus would need to be played through until a total of £120 has been wagered. Once this is complete, any subsequent winnings may be withdrawn as cashable credit.
What is cashable credit and bonus credit?

Remember, the maximum withdrawal from a free bonus (a bonus that was not earned by depositing) is £50. If your winnings from a free bonus have reached £50, it’s time to withdraw. Any winnings above £50 will be voided upon withdrawal. There is no withdrawal cap on winnings from deposits, or bonuses earned by depositing.
How about if you make a deposit and receive a deposit match bonus?
Your deposit goes into cashable credit and the deposit match bonus you receive becomes bonus credit. The bonus credit is subject to 40x wagering requirement.
Until wagering requirements have been met, the bonus remains attached to your deposit. If you withdraw winnings from your deposit before bonus wagering is met, you will forfeit the same proportion of your bonus. If the withdrawal is reversed, the bonus will be reinstated.

How does it work with free spins?
When you receive free spins as a free bonus, any winnings from those free spins will go into your bonus credit. That means that the usual 40x wagering requirements apply to those winnings.
